Ms. Trang is a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Hue Central Hospital in Hue, Vietnam. She is 38 years old and has been working at this hospital for 17 years. It is essential for ICU nurses to have special skills and training to provide expert nursing care for their patients.

Ms. Duong Thi Loan is the Head Nurse of the Pediatric Hospital in Hue, Vietnam where she has been working for 23 years.  As Head Nurse, Ms. Loan is responsible for managing all the nurses in the 250-bed Pediatric Hospital. Families and parents travel from all over Central Vietnam to bring their children to this hospital to receive the care they so desperately need.
