Hand-washing is fun and functional!

The children of the Phong Chuong Preschool in Phong Dien District, Vietnam are learning proper hygiene techniques, such as washing their hands with soap and safe water, because of your generosity! Soap is a novel thing for them to have and in their excitement, they can go through a lot of it. To help the soap last longer, it is placed inside nylon bags.

It is truly rewarding to see children excited about learning something that is considered normal by those of us in better circumstances.Your gift, Nancy, helps keep schools such as this supplied with hygiene supplies while teaching the children how to properly use those supplies. This reduces the spread of disease and gives them a shot at a healthier life.
