Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Tuy is a nurse at a small medical center in Hue, Vietnam. She is 25 years old and has been working at this medical center for three years. She works alongside five nurses and seven doctors. This team is responsible for all the children and families in the community who visit the medical center for health and medical purposes. It is essential for nurses to have the necessary skills and training to properly assess and provide expert nursing care for their patients.
Thank you for sponsoring Ms. Tuy to receive training in Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses (IMCI), a course designed to train nurses, doctors, and midwives in the early detection of childhood illnesses. This course will provide Ms. Tuy with the ability to correctly assess and classify a child’s illness, provide them with the correct care and help needed, and guide the family in effective care of their child at home. Thank you so much for your generosity!
