Improved patient care in the ICU thanks to Ms. Trang’s training

Ms. Trang is a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Hue Central Hospital in Hue, Vietnam. She is 38 years old and has been working at this hospital for 17 years. As an ICU nurse, Ms. Trang has a demanding job closely observing and taking extra care of the critically ill and injured patients in the ICU. It is essential for ICU nurses to have special skills and training to provide expert nursing care for their patients.

Thanks to your donation, she attended the MEDRIX Nursing Assessment Training Course! This course equipped Ms. Trang with the skills needed to closely observe her patients’ heart rates, blood pressure and respiration for signs of distress. She was also provided with a stethoscope to assist her in her newly learned nursing assessment skills. This training course will greatly help Ms. Trang as she works alongside the physicians and provides direction to the other nurses working in the ICU!
