Nurse Phuong is using her new stethoscope and assessment skills

Nurse Phuong
Dear George, Ray and Lael, Bill, Deborah, Seth, Sean-Eric, and Cherry Crest,

Ms. Tran Quoc Minh Phuong is a 38-year-old nurse in the Pediatric Department at Hue Central Hospital where she has worked for 15 years. Hue Central Hospital is located in Hue in Central Vietnam.  With limited education and nurse training, Ms. Phuong doesn’t even understand basic assessment practices. Daily she encounters children who are in great need of accurate assessment by the nurses so they are properly diagnosed and cared for.

Thank you George, Ray & Lael, Bill, Deborah, Seth, Sean & Eric, and Cherry Crest Elementary School for sponsoring Ms. Phuong to attend the MEDRIX Nursing Assessment Training Course.  After receiving this training, Ms. Phuong is equipped to interview, assess, diagnose and evaluate the children who visit the Pediatric Department. She was also provided with a new stethoscope to use to listen to the lungs, heart and abdomen for better assessment. She thanks you for this opportunity to attend this course and looks forward to putting what she learned into practice.
