Ms. Ha is a nurse in the Pediatric Department at Hue Central Hospital in Hue, Vietnam. Ms. Ha has received only basic nurse training. With little education and training, she is limited in her knowledge and in what roles she can perform as a nurse. Everyday, she encounters children who are in great need of accurate nursing assessment to ensure they are properly diagnosed and cared for. Because Ms. Ha was not trained in the nursing process of assessment, she was not able to assess her patients accurately. Assessment is very important in nursing.
Thank you Tom, David, Mark and Lynn, Michael, Dennis, Richard, Todd and Jennie, and Eddie for sponsoring Ms. Ha to attend the MEDRIX Nursing Assessment Training Course. After receiving this training, Ms. Ha is equipped to interview, assess, diagnose and evaluate her child patients. Her nursing assessment combined with medical assessment allows the children to receive the care they need to improve their health. The basic tools Ms. Ha was trained to use in this course are her eyes, her hands, and her ears. She was also provided with a stethoscope to listen to the lungs, heart and abdomen for better assessment. Ms. Ha is extremely grateful for this opportunity and thanks you for sponsoring her to attend this course!
